Shipping

All our orders are shipped with a tracking number via DHL or in Germany as well with DPD. We ship from our Store in Hamburg, Germany.

Right now we deliver to the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Poland, Denmark, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Portugal, Greece.

For each country there are 3 types of delivery costs, based on the amount of weight.

- up to 5 kg

- up to 10 kg

- up to ... kg

APPROXIMATE DELIVERY DATE:

Up to 5 days within Germany

Up to 7-10 days within EU

You can also Pick up your order in our Store in Hamburg.

Please note: if your order includes pre-orders, it will be shipped when all products of your order are available.

IMPORTANT:

If an order is marked as delivered to the correct address by the carrier, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

In this case, the recipient must file a claim directly with the postal service or delivery company to investigate the issue.

We remain available to provide any necessary information (tracking number, proof of shipment, etc.) to assist with this process.
