Every order placed and paid through this website and confirmed per e-mail constitutes a sales agreement between the purchaser and LEMME KNOW Records.

PRICES & ADDITIONAL COSTS

The prices of our products are including all taxes, except the costs of shipping, which will be added upon completion of your order. 

PAYMENT

All charges have to be paid to LEMME KNOW Records before orders will be shipped out. You find all Payment Options at the Checkout.

PRE-ORDERS

Orders containing pre-order items won't be shipped until all items are available. In case you need items shipped out faster, please order these items separately. Keep in mind release dates may vary from what’s stated on our product pages. Depending on the information supplied to us by distributors, labels and pressing plants, we’ll always strive to have the release dates displayed on our website as exact as possible.

STOCK & AVAILABILITY

All products are sold in the quantities we have in stock. Should there be a stock discrepancy or any other problem on our part, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue. We make every effort to keep the stock in our online shop consistent with that in our store. If a product you have ordered is no longer available, we will inform you accordingly. 

If you wish to cancel a pre-ordered item, the refund will be excluding the Paypal fee.

DELIVERY & SHIPMENT

All our items are shipped in sturdy boxes to withstand the rigours of transport. LEMME KNOW Records cannot be held liable for shipping to an incorrect address. LEMME KNOW Records is not liable for damage caused by the transport company. Items shipped to countries outside Germany may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of the shipment is responsible for these charges, and none of these charges can be passed on to LEMME KNOW Records.
